Colac Otway Shire - Local Food Directory ATTENTION LOCAL ORGANISATIONS Does your organisation offer food assistance, food skill, food access or other food programs? The Colac Otway Food Alliance is putting together a brochure to outline local food access and support programs for community, businesses, organisations and groups across the Colac Otway Shire to raise community awareness of where affordable and nutritious food is available locally and how to access it. This is a free opportunity to advertise your organisations programs/services and the brochure will be circulated across the Colac Otway Shire. We would love to include your organisations details and would require the following details from you.
If you offer emergency food relief, community meals, community kitchens, community gardens, produce markets/swaps, education food education sessions, meals on wheels or community transport services, please provide us with your information to include in the brochure by downloading the template above and forward it to [email protected], or phone 52 32 5347 to speak to the Colac Area Health - Health Promotion team.
Information must be complete ASAP as finalisation of the brochure will be completed by 31 December 2014. |

The Colac Otway Food Alliance is putting together a brochure on local food opportunities for community, businesses and groups across the Colac Otway Shire to use when catering for meetings and events. This is a free opportunity to advertise your catering business and the brochure will be circulated across the COS. We would love to include your catering company and would require the following details from you.
